We want to say a big thank you to Hurley Equestrian for hosting the Andy Kocher clinic on November 26th!
Andy Kocher is a fantastic Grand Prix jumper rider who took time out of his busy schedule and Thanksgiving weekend to do a clinic at Sycamore Trails. He patiently and Methodically coached 5 groups of riders starting at 2’6″ heights and going through 4’6″.
Andy was a great reminder that good riding isn’t exciting or flashy – it’s about laying down the basics at home and being patient with these generous creatures that let us share their lives! Sara Record and Balou jumped fantastically, and learned so much there.
We hope Andy will be back soon so we can have more participants next time!
